The purpose of this association shall be to seek, provide, promote and perform such acts, functions and services as will reasonably enhance and further the comfort, convenience, enjoyment, safety, privacy, health, sanitation and welfare of its members who own or have an interest as tenant or otherwise in the area of Park Lake, Bath Township, Clinton County, Michigan, and the means of maintaining certain standards to be set by the membership from time to time and in general to exercise all powers permitted by the laws of the State of Michigan to protect the ecology of the area. In addition, it is the responsibility of the Association to keep its members informed of any and all issues related to the objectives of the Association.
The Park Lake Property Owners Association is a totally non-profit organization. We are a group of concerned citizens whose only purpose is to improve and preserve Park lake as a freshwater resource for the enjoyment of everyone. Please help us save and improve this priceless resource for future generations.
